Wonderful timing

While I usually only get sick once or twice a year, it's usually at an extremely inconvenient time, and this illness was no exception. Fever, chills, digestive mess, the usual flu suspects. The only problem was is that it was the day before my two finals. I got them extended to today, only to have not fully recovered, yet still get up at 5:30AM to haul my ass over to St. Paul to take both back to back. Somehow managed to do pretty well on them. Now, it's time for Christmas break...though I'd just settle for being able to actually eat a full meal and sleep uninterrupted.

You're welcome! I'm intrigued by hermetic magic circles as of late, and I think the one contained in your artwork is one of the more well done ones.

It takes courage to save one's friends, great courage to save strangers, but no courage at all to just save yourself. Stand for more than yourself, and stand strong.

Darkness only wins when you let it; glow but faintly in the black, and it's a blaze.

As usual, I don't notice comments on my front page for ages because of no notification...>_<

Yep, thought it was time for a change, and I'm growing fond of the character.

You're probably not still working on the other one, right?

Afraid not no, sorry dude. I've fallen into a bad rut and if I draw anything, it's for me. I'm sorry about that.
:iconazheavenblade:
'S cool. I've hit a patch of depression it seems, and can't motivate myself to do much of anything, so I can understand the rut thing. Just keep trying ideas and maybe a streak of inspiration'll hit. Hope things are working out in your personal life even if your artistic life is a bit slow. I'm in a funk all-round for the most part.

Enter the world of Wapsi Square and leave the reality you know at the door.
:iconazheavenblade:
You're welcome! Been reading Wapsi for quite a while now, and it's interesting to read a strip set in the Twin Cities and recognize the landmarks! Been attempting to get down to Minneapolis more.
